Job for one year, no garnishment.

Hello.

Sorry for the English.

I have had Kronofogden debts for 4 years. I have not been employed in that time, and no assets to seize.

I have had a new job for a year, and I have paid some towards my 170,000kr debt in that time. However, at no stage has Kronfogden even attempted wage garnishment.

The last 'report' I got from them was last year, I think?

I am confused. I want to take driving lessons to bump up my income, where I could easily clear 20,000kr off the debt each month. But I don't want to start and BOOM they pop up, leaving the lessons incomplete.
 
The creditor has probably not requested enforcement of the debt then.

Skatteverket is the only creditor. I mean, they did request enforcement as I had an asset report produced twice now, but they found no assets.
